At this rate, we'll have a lip for next summer. Have Vorsteiner take one of their other BMW's in for service and request a 135 for a loaner. Seriously, I can't fathom the extreme difficulty in getting this part made, but this type of BS is starting to turn me off to their products.

I dont see the problem either.. A dealer must have a car you can borrow/rent!
Worst case, just buy a bumper at a dealer wich you sell when the prototype is done.

Guys,

The bumper needs to be mounted on the vehicle to ensure that the lip fits properly. The bumper will change shape when it is not mounted on the car.
