Im abit sore about downgrading from the M3 haha but I was not willing to spend $180k... and while I definitely think the E92 is a more classically beautiful car than the E82, I thought the 135i was more fitting for my age... and at $85k with Nav and Sunroof, I thought it was a damn good car for the money.
I considered the S3, but its simply not in the same league to drive... as well as having a harsh engine, copious amounts of lag and its haldex clutch , I just wasn't that impressed.

There really isnt anything under 100k that can touch it, appart from yobbo mobiles like Ford F6s or GTS Commonwhores, but seriously why would you buy a 90k holden?
I suppose holden owners would probably ask me why Id buy such an expensive 1 series haha.

Brett

Bet you are spewing having to fork out 85 large ones for just a 1 series.. that's M3 money and then some back in the states....

sry but for me, the 3 series doesn't appeal to me in anyway. I couldn't see myself driving one for some strange reason. If i had the extra cash, I'd have bought a 135i.
