Did that happen after 1addicts members started photographing ships as they sailed into the harbour?

BTW It looks like your mini knows its over!

With only a few days to go before delivery of my 135i, I've finally bitten the bullet and listed my MINI for sale on carsales:

http://www.carsales.com.au/pls/carsa...cle_id=6211447

Not a great time to be selling a car! It'll be interesting to see how long it takes me to find a buyer.

I hope it goes quick Guran, mine took months to sell! I was rather surprised how long it took and how much of a $ hit I took too.

Just got a call from the dealer to say that my car arrived on the truck this morning. According to the shipping company website, the bloody thing sat at Port Kembla in the carpark for five days before they trucked it to Sydney. And then they had to stick it on another truck and bring it back to Wollongong. Anyway, I'm good to go for delivery on Friday afternoon. Only three more sleeps! :roundel:

Probably Friday night for me!!! :headbang: If not the entire way, then at least a circuit up Macquarie Pass and down Jamberoo Mtn Rd.

As for the rest of you, well my weekends are chockers for nearly the entire remainder of the year. I'll check my calendar and try to find a space somewhere.

Pictures tell a thousand stories ...

Delivered this afternoon at around 4pm with 20km on the clock. Already got the odo up to 107km thanks to a circuit up Macquarie Pass, down Jamberoo Mtn Rd, and home to Albion Park. Awesome! Absolutely delighted!

Toasted the occasion with Oettinger Pils ... Bavarian of course. Only noticed afterwards that I was appropriately wearing a Germany 2006 World Cup t-shirt! And the MINI is still waiting for a new home as you can see.

Awesome Guran! Sparkling Graphite was my second choice. Maybe I should've taken that option!

Thanks TimMc. Funny thing is that this is the second Sparkling Graphite 135i Coupe in Wollongong. I've met the other bloke and at least we chose different interiors and transmissions. There's also a Le Mans Blue 135i Coupe down here ... so that makes three that I know of.

Was amazed to get TWO waves from other drivers while I was driving home. First was from an E46 3 series, and second was from a Calais.

Thanks guys. I forgot to mention, but the dealer was also generous enough to give us an iPod cable. Works well most of the time, but some tracks seem a bit distorted. Must fiddle with the settings and see what we can do to fix it. :iono:

I'm starting to see what people have been talking about with SGM having a "purple" tinge. You can notice it under fluro lights the most. But being a diehard Phan of The Phantom, I actually really like it that way! Absolutely love our colour/trim choice and it's really reassuring to discover that it looks even better than we were hoping. Very happy!
