1M Jaffa

Well guys, after 10 months, I have finally collected my 1M 2 days ago I'm still extremely excited and humbled by it.

So different from my last M E46 and not having owned a E92 or E82 since then, it's like I'm driving a BMW for the first time. It's awesome and it has been overwhelming for the last 48 hours

Only 4 simple changes from stock for now - tint (thanks Trivett), performance pedals, M mats (thanks Jez) and CDV (thanks Peter).

Thanks guys for keeping me occupied for the last many months

Nice to meet you yesterday congrats on the new toy i just love the 1M fantastic car, we now have 5 1M cars in our customer fleet it would be nice to see all at the open day for a photo shoot could be the biggest gathering of 1M cars in Australia

+1... Absolute must to bring out the raw sound..and about 8 extra killer wasps.

Stu at BMR has N55's in stock, I think... far cheaper than purchasing through BMW Oz..

Will def get the mids, just when. The stock rumble is still growing on me and liking it.

I'm thinking, rather than change out the system too quickly, will put on the mids as a step change when I get too used to the stock rumble and axle back when I get used to the mids etc etc. Spacing out the step changes and wow factors.

In the meantime, I will listen to yours

That's how I did the mods.. mids went on first for about 5 months, then came the axle back..

If you can make it later on tonight around 8pm for the shoot, let me know and I will give you the details..

I have just experienced the CDV change yesterday. What a difference it makes to the clutch bite! I don't remember its effects on the E46M.

Came around the corner into my street this morning, and bugger me if there wasn't another AW 1M parked there.

Maybe we're finally reaching critical mass in Sydney. Sooner or later it will be time for the first 1M outing.
