Further Photos of Alpine White 1M

Had an opportunity to attend press day at Brussels Motor Show this weekend - here are some AW 1M photos to augment Autoblog.nl's offering in another thread. Last photo shows how crowded it was around the car on non-press day!

Initial, quick impressions from sitting in the driver's seat - seats are very comfortable and sporty - akin to M3 seats. The alcantara spread throughout the car is a very nice touch and the orange stitching works well to contrast the interior. Otherwise, the cockpit feels like I'm right at home in my M3.

OMG some of the detailing is stunning!

Alcantara interior trim strips instead of ali or wood, those dials look great and the way theyve bulged the front arches out are amazing.

Ill have mine with the ART CAR paintjob and the third cop in from the left in the passenger seat please

Wow! These are the first pictures of AW which have given me second thoughts about ordering VO. Looks fantastic....still leaning towards VO since I think it will become an iconic color.

Also, Ive personally never been a white car fan. Actually used to bust on folks for buying white cars because they were boring to me. But, THIS car is sweet. Im all in for AW. Putting some cool, but understated M stripe somewhere on it.

Also, AW seems to be hiding the crappy paint job on these cars. Read: "Valencia Orange Peel"

Im on my fourth bimmer, the paint quality has been dropping over the last 5-6 years.

Right at home in an M3? Far closer to the 135 then an M3. Seats are not the same as M3 and interior is completely different.
