Call to ESS!!!!
So guys,,,, unfortunately last night i had a friend call up a v8 miata (because he is a miata fan and wanted to see how fast this guys miata was)
Miata - v8 (gto motor) 4.7 or 5.2 not positive - full exhaust - injectors - cams - bilstein custom coilovers 1M -ess stage 1 tune -HPF intercooler - AR downpipes - berk mids - eisenmann race muffler - Cp-e chargepipe - HKS BOV - rogue engineering ssk -Injen dual ram intake - aquamist meth (not hooked up) So we went on a couple of pulls some from 40 and 60 and all went down like this. The ESS raises boost low end but tapers alot to the stock turbos on stage one so 2nd gear is spiking about 15.2-16 to get outta the whole but only hold about 14-15 psi Shifting to third dropping boost to about 13-14 still staying almost even But shifting into 4th he pulled hard. Boost is tapering to 12-13 in 4th gear and then i started getting whooped I am full bolts on and can take a stage 2 tune and they really need one out. With meth i feel that i could hold about 16-17 psi pretty high up and it would have been clearly a different race. Please ess we need your help. Can you please release your stage 2 earlier than this summer? Does anyone have any insight or anything? Im tired of waiting for this ess stage. 2 we need it. Than its rbs during the summer |
