Should I trade my car??

So I recently came across a 2011 AW 128i with M/T 66k miles. I currently have a 2010 JB 128i A/T 56k miles and am contemplating making the trade. I just sent a request to the dealership with a trade proposition. Looking to see how much $$ I would have to spend to make a solid trade. What would you guys do and what should I look out for?

TO TRADE OR NOT TO TRADE

PROS:
M/T (this is the main reason i'm interested)
+1 Year
AW looks SWEET
It doesn't have halogens!

CONS:
-10k miles
I have babied my car and have owned it since 18k miles
Just paid it off

I'm stuck here guys! help needed! TIA

manual transmission alone is worth trading for....do it!

Be ready to spend more money on gas and tires, but I can't imagine you'll be disappointed.

MT would be reason alone for me to make the switch. The xenons would just really set it in stone lol

Depends on the cost differential. Dealers exist solely to separate you from your money. I don't think the dealer will just say, "Hey, close enough. Let's just make it an even trade."

Received a rather fast response yesterday from the dealer. He gave me a ballpark of around 5k + tax and tags + trade without even looking at my car. As I have seen their car, I believe mine is in better condition with less miles. Guess ill be STICKing with my A/T because I do not feel that its worth it unfortunately. But hey if your looking for a 128 go check it out they're asking 15,500 at Arena GMC.

They should be giving you money. M/T cars are hard to move these days. They'll be able to sell an A/T much quicker.
