135i DCT trim wrap

Hey Everyone,

I am stuck on probably something very stupid... i started wrapping the door trim and upper console piece. However, the DCT is a PINA! How do you disconnect the sport button plug? I cant figure it out! Can someone tell me the secret?

So no one knows how to unplug the wire connection for the DCT 7 speed sport button under the trim?

I am sure someone has at some point removed all the trim and completed this....

Is there a switch or a button i need to push?

if i'm thinking of the same wires, just pull down hard from where the plastic connects to the shifter. Should pop right out.
