I'm testing out the water to see how much my 2012 135i DCT would go for. At this time, it has 73,000 miles of ICS coilovers. Besides that, the car is completely stock.

At this time, the car did have all the belts replaced along with the water pump and thermostat.

Can you give more details on ownership(maintenance history)? Any accidents or damage? More pics of exterior and interior? Where is it located?
