Question there are 2 Bilstein B12 kits for the E82

Does anyone know the differences:

between theses 2 kits:

Part #: 46-180537

Part #: 46-180520

According to the catalogue, the 46-180520 is for the E88 Convertible 120i, 120d, 123d, 125i (not 135i). It has a higher axle load rating for the rear suspension.
