I leased it. Only because I know that I am going to be getting the coupe.

I leased. Some may think I'm stupid considering I've already invested 3Ger in wheels and tires, but its a personal thing. To each their own.

smgfan85, how long is your lease term if you plan on getting the coupe? Is there any significant pentalties for early termination or do they offer some sort of agreement on cross sell?

24 months. I don't know if their are any fees for early termination, but I am sure you will take a big hit.

Not necessarily. I got out of my E46 lease over six months early and actually made a couple of hundred bucks. I "traded" my lease in against the new car and it was worth more than the payoff amount. In addition to that I got the sales tax credit on the trade in value. I'll definitely do this next time too...

I took a bath when I turned my leased Land Rover in last mo. I was way over on miles. I learned my lesson. I'll either turn in early or trade up if I can to avoid the charge next time.
