I am located in 44691 zip code.

How can I check the shipping, is there an online tool? or have to haul it to UPS or Fedex to get a quote?

Im very very interested. You probably have to go to usps.com or ups.com and enter the details there. You would need weight and package dimensions as well as to and from zip codes.

I think you at least need to box them up. I dont know if theyll accept the shipment as tires only.

For the tires just use 25x25x10. Weight is about #25/tire. Both UPS and FedEx will ship tires either individually or banded in pairs...you'd think pairs would end up being cheaper, but I've rarely found a difference. Wheels will need to be boxed carefully to prevent damage.

What are the offsets on the wheels?

I decided to keep the combo for at least another year, and actually purchased 2 more wheels to make 8.

Sorry.
