So i lowered my 135i on HR Sport Springs, and im debating 18s or 19s right now but I'm trying to decide what offset and tire size to get. i want a really really aggressive set up.

Aggressive is all relative. Do you mean meaty aggressive or poke aggressive with super stretched tire. Concave or functional aggressive.

My specs are listed in my signature below. Tons of us have similarly aggressive settings. Some might call it really aggressive but most would just call it aggressive. Really aggressive in my mind would be offsets in the high 30s. Really really aggressive would be trying to run wider wheels or taking the offsets down in the 30 range. Same would apply whether you are using 18 or 19 inch wheels.

Very aggressive fitted 1-series. 19x8.5 +35, 19x9.5 +33 (E92/E90 fitment pretty much)
Our general recommended sizing: 18x8.5 +45, 19x9.5 +50

Andy, I just realized we've had a few convos on FB and PM's. I'm pretty sure you'll be happy with a 19/18x8.5 +45, 18x9.5 +45. If you're not happy with the setup, you're welcome to add 3mm or 5mm spacers. Any lower than that, you'll need to do fender work.
If you purchase wheels that were too aggressive, you'll have no choice but to mangle your fenders to get them to fit. Going with a standard setup and adding spacers is the more logical choice in my personal opinion.

Wow, that very aggressive 5 spoke setup is nice. That's one thing about lowering the offsets, you get more concavity.
