Hey guys, recently procured a 130i as above. waiting for the car to be shipped to WA.

(UN)fortunately, the mod bug has hit and I am looking at a few quick fixes for my craving.

1) M3 Performance Steering Wheel
Part no: 32302212772
Saw that these would fit a 135i. However, cannot find any evidence that it would fit an e87. Does anyone know better. Wanted to get the 1 series M Performance wheel, but saw the blue trip with the M tri colour stitching and preferred that instead.

2) M Performance Short Shifter
Had this on my old MY06 130i. However, looked up realoem with my MY09 vin and couldnt find the equivalent for the 130i. Once again, does anyone know better? From memory didnt think there were any differences in gearbox etc between the MY06 and MY09, but you can never assume the 2 are immediately comparable? Am after the full kit, not just the boot and knob.

3) Gloss black grills with PAINTED m stripes
Saw these a while ago for sale. But for the life of me cant find any. Even IND doesnt have them. Anyone knows any leads?

Do you happen to remember what PN the short shifter was for your old 130?

Cheungs: no I haven't got it. I looked up realoem for my prev car and found 2 performance shifters with diff numbers so went to the dealer to procure the entire kit.

questionable: thanks for the offer. probs holding off brake changes for now.

I would assume that the M performance steering wheel is compatible regardless LCI or not as they are the same for e9x e8x?

I have a 1M steering wheel in my LCI 130i and had no issues. I did however swap out the 'M' button with the media control button from the standard steering wheel.

I then sold my 130i steering wheel to a guy in the ACT who was modifying a E30.

I may be selling my BMW Performance Steering Wheel (non electronic) with the yellow centreline soon.

Let me know if your interested.

I'm also selling my 130i - Will try for a short time with the mods as is but i expect i'll have to part it out so look out for some good deals. Most parts have less than 20,000KM on them

I'd be interested in your LSD.

I would also be interested in your brakes (provided I can get them before the end of the month).

Perhaps PM a full parts list?
