Cannot believe I am running with no Boost for 8 months

Bought a 2009 135i last year and have no clue what power 300 HP meant. The car was running fine. Bought a COBB and flash it to stage 1 and cannot boost more than 7lb. Getting the P30FF but the car still runs. Shut off engine and the code cleared. For day to day driving it was fine. As soon as you step on the gas and pull ..the check engine light comes on. Flash it back to stage 0 and it was fine. No check engine light.
Came to term that somewhere somehow something must be wrong. Finally .. cannot take it anymore. Ordered some 3.5mm silicone vacuum hose and 2 boost solenoids.

Changed most of the vacuum hose on the left side of the car. When I took the right side ( air box ) out. Found the culprit. A broken hose and was disconnected from the intake. Wow. Replaced that and went for a quick drive. My GOD.. a Beast now. Boosting to more than 15lbs now.

Long story short... check / change your vacuum hose.

Was it the hose that connects to the intake manifold just behind the throttle body?
