I've got the wheels with 225 tyres. Thinking of getting eibach spring, will it rub? There's about 4cm from the tyre to the fender.

I'd think you would be fine with most brands of tires. If you rub a little you should be able to slilghtly roll/pull the fenders where they rub fairly easily.

I've heard mixed stories about how low the eibach lowers the car.

Some say 15mm and some 30mm.

Will I be safe with 15mm drop? That leaves about 25mm gap.

Most people with sport springs do not rub with a 8.5 +40 with a 225 up front. Is is the rear you would want to be more concerned about.

Oh... I thought eibach drops more in the front than back?

So might have problems rubbing on the outside in the rear?
I don't carry much people often though.

Eibach Pro-Kit springs drop the car about 1.2" front and rear. Rubbing generally doesn't happen up front if you do not have a very aggressive wheel. The rear has extremely limited clearance on the outside fender.

Thanks for the info! Just went and looked at the rear and there's not much room...
