thats what they are; they are not actually xenon HID bulbs for inside your car.

I was just going to say the same thing. Make it worthwhile or keep your spam off our forum. We know how to use Google if we want something.

If E90Post offered a paying form of sponsorship, we would be one of the first companies to sign up to support this forum. Until that time that an organized program is started, we want to be able to offer you guys our products. And you are getting a discount from the retail price on all of the items, if you look closely.

After reading closely, those Xenon interior lights it seems that they are just regular filament lamps with Xenon coloring...is that right? I would expect that real HID lights would need their own high voltage power supply, not just 12V.

you are correct amundo zack morris. xenon required ballast. these light that they have are called hyper white. like the light bulb you see commonly used by hondas/acuras.

That is correct. They are not super bright bulbs that are going to blind you when you get in and out of your car. They actually give off a very nice, light blue color.

I also want to add that I have had the interior xenons on my own personal car for about 2 years (I have an E46) and to this day they are one of my favorite mods I have done to the interior.

Actually the name of the product is what the manufacturer wants to call it (not me). And these are NOT hyper-white bulbs.

Hundreds of other BMW owners have put these on their car. Ricey? NO. Classy? Yes.

The first thing people say when they get into my car for the first time is "Woah your interior lights are really nice looking, I never knew BMW's lit up like this"

We can debate about the name all you want, but bottom line is this is a good product.
