Question Need Help with offset for 19" Wheels on E90.

I'm wanting to get these wheels for my 325i E90.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/19-BM...0010QQtcZphoto

I got some great advice from someone whose car looks great. I'd like to achieve the same effect but I'm not sure about the specs he gave me. I'm not questioning his knowledge, he wasn't very sure either. I'd like to ask if these sound accurate and possible:

19x8.5 (front) 24 pounds each with 38mm offset
19x9.5 (Rear) 25 pounds each with 20mm offset

running Nitto NT-555's.
235/35/R19 - front
265/30/R19 - rear

FYI. pics of this guys car can be found at:

Any help would be really appreciated.

The hub is the same between the 5 series and the 3 series, its the offset thats the question.

The front wheels will be fine, and the rears are cutting it very close. That is very agresive on the rear offset and as you can see from the pictures you included with the link his rear wheels really are very close to the fender.

One of the reases he gets away with it is because of the ride height of his car. If your car has a similar ride height (I'm assuming his car is non-sport package) then go for it, but if your car is low or plan on lowering it, the rear may come a little too close to the fender. Or you can try using skinnier tires on the rear (not recommended).

Hope this helps!

Hey you guys thanks so much. Mark it certainly does help. I opted for the premium package instead of the sport and unfortunately was a bit to anxious to await the arrival of a new car. The specs on his car are identical to mine with the exception of cosmetics (mine's black sapphire with terra interior.) I just thought it funny that the offset on the rear wheels was that much less than that of the front wheels. Huh... I'm not sure exactly how the offset measurements go but, is there anything between 38 and 20 offset, or is it as per the wheels? Thanks again guys, tons of help.

Well e39 5 series bore is 74.1 mm
E46 3 series and e90 3series centerbore is 72.56 mm.
Will need a centering ring.

I ended up ordering +30 offset for my rear wheels. +20 looks a bit too close with my zsp.
