135i used maintenance

I just bought a used 09 135i with 47k miles. Is there anything I should so maintenance wise if any at all for now. I'm not sure exactly what has been recently done besides oil change.

Spark plugs / intake valve cleaning are a good idea at around 50k miles.

And maybe do the water pump / thermostat. Because it WILL fail before 75K usually 60K is the limit on the boards here.

I just bought a 2011 with 58k from out of state. I was able to have the local dealer check the VIN and let me know at least some of what maintenance and recall items had been done. I was able to confirm the VANOS bolt recall was done which was a relief.

First thing to do when buying any used car is assume nothing has been done.

So anything that should have been done in that time frame is due.

When buying a used car the first thing I would investigate is what work has been done, especially on these cars - too risky.
