Tail Light Out - 1,500 miles, Are you kidding me?
Given I have read about NUMEROUS issues related to the rear tail lamps strips not working, and needing to replace them completely, I would have figured BMW would do something about this issue.
Well.....2012 with 1,550 miles on it - and my tail light is out. Few q's Its the driver side, everything works fine, but the light when my headlights are on (i.e. night time driving). Reverse, brake, hazard, signal all work fine. Could it be a fuse, and only be the driver side or would both be out? I tried replacing the bulb to no avail. Does this mean I need my light changed out? Just hoping its easy - dont like the drive, or not having the car for a day (or two) for something that takes 2 minutes.

Had both my 2010 tail lights replaced due to a TSB.
