Hi Guys,

I know a few people on these forums have gotten their cars in the last couple of weeks (myself included) and was curious who you guys are?

Also, who would be interested in a meet up and cruise in a few weeks or so? Most likely some roads through the hills

Probably the most obvious spot would be Mundaring weir road

Had the car to my self this morning,so i went to the weir around 8am,great drive for this car,alot of rubbish on the roads from the storm,but still good and no traffic

same, just did a drive through the hills through roleystone, canning mills road and canning road.. uploading my route to google maps now

Will have to add these roads to the cruise.

Hey all

Just arrived back from Rio de Janeiro today and good to see a few more Perthites with their 1'ers. I'm in for a cruise at some point but at this stage, after 36hrs of flying, i'm not ready to offer any further thoughts as to when and where.

I'm thinking maybe Sunday the 7th of June?

worked out a rough idea so far..
somewhere in perth -> midland -> mundaring weir (via greenmount and possibly some back roads to get there) -> kalmunda -> canning mills road and back down the enscarpment along a cool road I found in roleystone.

then finish off somewhere around perth again.

Any idea's for a start/end spot?

With the GTI boys, we would meet at Kings Park (DNA Tower) and then head off from there ... or the South Perth foreshore ...

South Perth Foreshore is my preferred meeting spot.

Looking forward to getting the 125i on the windings roads of the hills

I just found out I have my nieces 1st birthday on the 7th which I cannot miss or my sister will probably kick in all the panels on the 135 :P

But how does 1pm at the south perth foreshore sound? we have 4 choices.

3. end of ellam st
4 end of taylor rd.

Will give the baby a wash in the morning and then head down

So we are staying with 7th right?

Just sprayed the armourall wheel protectant a couple of days ago..... amazing.... do it!
