BMW SSK Owners

I just had the BMWP SSK installed at my dealer. Am I seeing things or does the lever sit much wider right in neutral? My arm feels like its further over on arm rest. Is this normal with the SSK or should I have the dealer look at it again?

shift lever is installed backwards. you need to rotate it 180degress

thanks guys. wouldnt have expected a mistake this big from a BMW dealer. you dont suspect that there could be any damage to the SSK or transmission from this improper install, do you?

also, is it a quick fix to rotate it to the correct position? or do i need to give it back to bmw?
