These look like they just replace the "tabs" on the existing paddles and re-use the switching mechanism and electronics.
Our DCT paddles are all one piece. You'd need to retrofit the M3 paddles first. Which is a bit of a bitch. They are wired slightly differently. |

M3 paddles are different from our 135 DCT paddles. Solve this and you'll be my hero.

If you have proof otherwise please share. I've wanted M3 paddles since I bought the car.

paddles aren't plug and play. don't let anyone steer you wrong.

The simplest explanation will be how those parts assembled. Our car paddles are assembled in one piece while M3 paddles are two separate pieces that's why the paddles sell by EAS only show literally two paddles without anything that attached to steering wheel. Our paddles are in one piece, paddle integrated with part that attach to the back of our steering.
That's what I thought. Forgive me if I'm wrong

yes i know it cant be done with the M3 sterig wheel, and no i havent solve that.
but maby if we speak to the company that made those and can have a big group of buyers they can do the parts for us, but dont et me wrong im from colombia and have 2 friends that will uy the part but we dont know nobody or our english its not that god to speak with the company but we are tthree buyers, so if some one can do a list of people that can pay for the part before they sell it, i mean after all the talking and have a price i thing that they can do the part. its only an idea, like we say here in colombia, knocking the dor its not get in the house, (tocar no es entrar) |
