I'd like to see a pic of the steering wheel with paddle shifters. I hated the 08-10 paddles with the push to downshift. Was the swap easy? Do you just hook up the dct paddles or was there any rewiring needed?

Thanks.

The DCT paddle-shifters are 100% plug and play. I had LTBMW do it since I don't consider myself real handy, but most forum members do it themselves. No re-wiring needed. I didn't mind the 08-10 paddles that much, but the simplicity of pull-only shifters is nice, and the DCT paddles look a little better since they're real aluminum vs. plastic.

Haven't snapped any pics yet, but it's a brand new OEM M3 wheel with the same DCT paddles that come on an M3. The only difference with mine is the steering wheel trim is wrapped in carbon fiber fabric, which gives the whole package a little more pizzazz. Looks amazing, and that M3 wheel leather is rediculously smooth...

Good offer, thank you, but I'm going to pass. Your GTI sounds very nice, and I've heard great things about them, but I need a car with at least 300hp to be happy! Best of luck with your sale...

Garage List
So does your 135i have DCT or is it Steptronic?

It has the steptronic trans like all 2008/2009's. But it has the aluminum DCT-style paddle-shifters from the new M3.

Thanks!

Some have asked what I'd sell the car for. At this point, the lowest I'd go is $25,500 without the extended warranty or $27,000 with it. This includes the M3 steering wheel, DCT paddles, and AFE exhaust.

Thanks!

Deluxe, thank you for the offer and sweet M3, but I'm looking for something a little newer.
