Thanks! It's mine - I just moved here from Monterey for DH school. I'll probably post about that 4k mile road trip fairly soon.
I'm definitely down for a meet up; are there any car events on island, like cars & coffee or similar? I've checked BMW CCA Boston Chapter's webpage and it looks like they're infrequent (lots of driving schools, karting, and auto-x though... which I'll take advantage of soon enough). Senior, your 135 is Interlagos blue, right? I haven't seen it yet - but I did notice a blue 335is in the parking lot last week.

There are not really any that I have seen in the past 2 years living here. A few car shows, nothing BMW specific. On the New England area of the Regional forums they talk about meeting up, mostly Boston area though. Thinking about trying to get some people together though. I met a retired Senior Chief the other day with a nice E46 M3, and there is at least 2 other 1 series on the base. Mine is Le Mans blue, you probably haven't seen it because I work on the other side of the base at Officer Training Command as an RDC. Anyway, I'm up for coffee anytime, my scheadule is probably more flexible than yours so let me know. Look foward to reading about your drive over. I drove out from Whidbey Island, WA but that was in my old GTI.

Hey! There are frequently BMW CCA cars and coffee in Wakefield (a couple good classic and the usual suspects). There's an annual Boston CCA concourse in Narragansett and of course, their are bi-weekly CCA sponsored autox at the Danvers MA airfield (something I've enjoyed a few times in a Porsche w/ the PCA).
