Anyone having problems with the wipers?

I had my 135i for almost a year now. When I turn on my wipers for a first time using the washer liquid (pulling the lever), the sequence will stop and I'll end up seeing the blades stop, but not at the bottom of the windshield. Anyone having this kind of problem? I took it to the dealer but since this problem doesn't occur all the time, very hard to find the source and it doesn't show anything on the computer at the dealer.
