reflash now, or wait

my car has the cruise control bug, requires a reflash, also has a stumble at idle, no faults though

do the dealers have the current no lag software now? or should I keep waiting

I think for reflashes you have to have warranty work done, or so I have heard?, by the way, I love the sig quote!

I have warranty work waiting to go, my car has the cruise control bug

but I dont want to have it reflashed unless it's a known good version

I had my 135i Step updated to v 32.1 (from 29.2) last week. My BMW service advisor claimed it should improve or eliminate the lag. The mechanic noticed the approx. 0.5 sec. lag at idle, too (probably due to open wastegate).

With the new v 32.1, the throttle feels a bit more responsive at idle (both D and DS) and definitely less jerky from stops. I haven't driven the car much yet (due to rain and biz travel), but I'll test it out thoroughly this weekend.

If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40. If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape. Driving e82, e72, e85, R53 Gone but not forgotten.. 1974 2002, many various 3s.
