has anyone here been to Toronto Motorsports Park?
Just wondering if anyone here has been? Was thinking about just going up for fun and seeing what my 135 can really do... Are there any specific events that are good? http://www.torontomotorsportspark.com/dragway/

o ok the take it to the track fridays from 7-11? it says it's $20 for car + driver so is that per 1/4 mile run? i've never raced or anything like that but i think it'd def be fun to see what this car can really do! we should see if we can organize something for a bunch of us to go up! or just let me know the next time your going up i may tag along

Uh... I don't think so. It's a lapping event so people will be just doing that... lapping. Drag and road course are VERY different. If you're into doing the drag strip I think you'd have to go another time. I highly recommend a road course though... it's much more fun (imo) because you actually... you know... turn the steering wheel. =)

in my opinion the circuit is alot harder on your car than the drag strip and if you dont have upgraded suspension id just do the drag

drag runs every wednesday and friday night for test and tune, yup road course takes a greater toll on the car provided you arent launching it like a mad man for the 1/4 mile. road course is a hell of a lot more fun but if you want to see what kind of acceleration you get i would recommend the qtr mile.

yeah i went the first time ever on the circuit at cayuga in my 1 it was pretty fun but theres always other people on the track and not all of them are driving 70,000 cars so if someone crashes into you theres no insurance at the track
