How much can you squeeze into a 1er?

I fit my entire college dormroom.

Check out the drop

I secured the microwave and a 60 lb box using a 6point harness that I made

Ouch, my aching struts.

Actually, I used to haul a lot more crap than that to school, but those were the days of the giant Colony Park station wagon with a 460 V8.

Just be happy you live in the age of flat panel televisions... I used to drag my 200lb+ CRT TV back and forth each semester.

When my sister was done every year with school I remember my parents bringing both 302 Merc Mountaineers with one of them towing a small trailer to fit all of her crap.

I kept the essentials. Textbooks, beer fridge (that's what's under the blanket on the passenger seat) monitor, computer, xbox, sound system, clothes, fishtank, and all of my baseball stuff

It's my Jewishness. I got the microwave for free, so how could I leave it?

My dad offered me the Mountaineer. I declined. Id rather spend $100 on gas coming home than $200.

And in the end this is more impressive anyway

Sucks to have been you

Matt, good job with the packing. I still think you'd have been better off digging a hole in the woods and leaving everything there. If it took this long to find a bunch of bodies on ocean parkway, nobody would ever find your stuff in the middle of Syracuse.

Almost tried this on Saturday. My daughter graduated and moved out of her apartment. I wanted to take the 128, but my wife had more sense. My daughter's civic was loaded like the pics above and we filled our SUV as well.
