Sounds good. I currently have the stock subframe bushings, with an mFactory LSD and lockdown kit. The stock subframe bushings are too soft for my liking, but I don't want to add poly ones if it makes the nvh terrible. So it will be good to hear the outcome of this swap. Do you have a bushing puller or are you taking this to a shop?

Thought I should update this.
Switched the diff bushings to whiteline ones and it made a huge difference to the noise, still have a small amount of diff whine but the clunking is pretty much gone. |

Hello New Friends!!
First time post, long time lurker. Bringing this up from the dead as I have a questions bout this topic. If I had to upgrade to solid rear sub-frame bushings, do I have to upgrade my rear diff bushing? I do not want to hear a whine and increase NVH as people mention occurs once this is installed. I do not know what benefits come from upgrading the diff bushing if someone cares to elaborate? I want to upgrade the sub-frame bushings, in order to keep the rear of my car more planted and not feel so loose after going stage 2+. Thanks in advance! |

I just did the whiteline subframe and diff bushings when i did my wavtrac install and the car feels more planted for sure and i havent experienced any extra noise from the rearend That said doing some decent diff bushings along with the subframe bushings will only help to keep the rear end where its supposed to be

Yeah, however I feel because you have an LSD it makes more sense in your case verse mine since I don't have one.
I would love to hear other peoples opinions. If I don't need it then I wouldn't worry about it, I just want to hear what others have done when they upgraded their rear sub-frame bushings to solid. |
