Clutch Adjustment?

I noticed last night and this morning that my clutch picks up essentially immediately when I start pushing on it. I'm sure it didn't when I got delivery less than 3,000 miles ago. It used to have a bit of free travel both at the top and at the bottom. Now it all seems to be at the top. Is there an adjustment?

In case anybody needs to know, I've driven a manual for over 35 years and not needed to replace a clutch for anything I did not buy used with a bunch of miles on it. So I don't think I'm doing anything bad to it, it just seems to need adjusted.

I'm pretty sure it's self adjusting.

It's a hydraulic actuator, so if there's any adjustment at all it's probably at the pedal itself.
