Black Saphire 135

Im picking up my 09 black saphire 135 with the msport package, sunroof, steptronic and ipod hookup next week. Needless to say i cannot wait, after driving it and then driving my dads 997 911 i think the 1 is faster in a straight line.

My question is how difficult are the EFX H8's to install? (im a noob) and has anyone installed a sub in their car if so could you please show your boxes! (would the usb hookup further complicate a sub install?)

I just installed the EFX H8's yesterday. Putting the covers back on are somewhat of a pain, but if you do it with patience, it's not bad at all.

Changing out the H8s IS a pita. I hope I never have to do that again.

Just like most things, they got significantly easier after the first try. Just be patient and line up the two tabs on the bottom of each cover and you'll have it done in no time.

the HARD part of the install is putting the lamp cover back on the passenger side. you will have to be very..VERY..patient, as it is a horrible ordeal.
