Dinan Stage 1 and Similaritieswith JB+

Hello,

I know the Dinan tunes are expensive and many people state they aren't worth it. My question is more regarding what the coding does for the engine.

Dinan flashes the ECU and claims the following changes with the boost increase:

"top speed governor is removed, enabling the 135 to achieve its full potential. The software also features remapped water pump speeds as boost increases"

Power gains are claimed at:
Peak Horsepower 366 at 5700 rpm
Peak Torque 379 lb-ft torque at 4300 rpm

Does JB+ do the same or just increase boost?

I don't know there is a piggy back tune out there that would remove the top speed governor.
and I'm pretty sure the JB+ doesn't tweak the water pump speed, I don't think even the JB3 does that, but I'm not 100% sure on that.

Really why do you care if the speed limiter is removed living in Canada?
