RB Turbo Procede Log and Virtual Dyno

Hey guys,

Just thought I'd share my logs taken this morning. I know fuel trims are maxed out so I need to adjust the open loop fueling. I actually misfired right at the top of the first log but it doesn't seem to show on the log. The second run I failed to hold it all the way to redline. There are a couple of small throttle closures as well but they don't seem to be too drastic.

I'm still getting differing AFRs from bank 1 to 2 even after I put in new pre-car O2 sensors so I'm thinking that it must be down to meth flow and/or the maxed out fuel trims.

I'm happy to take anyone's feedback on the logs.

I've attached a screenshot of my virtual dyno but it seems to be reading way too high. If someone can tell me what I'm doing wrong it would be great.

My car has race weighted at 1570kg with me and 1/8th of a fuel tank. I weigh 75kg so I took that out and I added 40L for a full tank of fuel and I was also carrying an extra 8L of coolant and water so I rounded up the car weight to 1540kg which is 3395lbs. I weigh 75kg so I put the driver weight as 165lbs.

I put my tyres in which are 225/35/18 and the temperatures were around 10 degrees celcius which is 50 degrees fahrenheit. I have an M3 diff which has a 3.15 final drive ratio.

As a comparison, I've also attached my stock turbo dyno taken at a dyno dynamics (DD) roller and the post RB turbo install dyno taken on a mainline (ML) dyno. Unfortunately I don't have the graph of the pre RB install ML dyno result but was told that it read 296kW compared to 316.5kW on the DD roller. I've been told that the ML dynos do read about 20kW less than DD rollers. The procede map and settings were the same for both the DD stock turbo and ML stock turbo results.

Cheers,

Alex

The trim differences are almost certainly due to meth distribution, as you noted.

Hmmm I actually have an update on that. I was viewing the live data via a laptop and the AFR difference seems to be there all the time, I.e. When meth isn't spraying, not on boost, partial throttle etc.

Might be an injector issue. Doesn't seem to cause any running issues though.

838nm (I assume approx 670nm at the wheels)... What's the accuracy on that?

No idea to be honest haha. It's all about the delta again I guess but I've never gotten a dyno previously which showed a torque figure so I have nothing to compare against it.
