Fitment Help
So, I recently just got some ST coilovers for my car from a buddy and have been looking into getting camber plates at the same time. I am alittle nervous and was seeing if I need spacers to clear the strut and springs. My wheels are VMR VB3 18x8.5 et40 and 18x9.5 et45. I currently have a cobb springs.
Thanks for the help! Antonio |

With those offsets you should have no issue clearing the front strut (assuming a tire width up to 245). Your issue will be fender clearance (both front and back). You will need additional camber in the front (i.e. camber plates) and you will likely need a slight fender roll if you install 245s. In addition, you will need to grind down the excess plastic where the bumper support meets the fender liner. You'll see the plastic triangular support where the bumper meets the fender when you get your head under there. To be honest, i'd be more concerned with the rears. The rear offsets poke out quite a bit. This will limit your ability to run wider rear tires and you will almost certainly need a rear fender roll. Do a search to see what is involved with rolling your rear fenders. It's a bit more difficult than the front fenders. Good luck.

Tire size is PSS 215 in the front so it's stretched a bit and 245 in the back. I was looking into GC camber plates just wasn't sure the spring diameter for ST Coilovers.
