Winter Tires
I'm looking for some winter tires to mount on my OEM 261M wheels. Because of the size the only tires TireRack has are Pirelli Winter 240 Sottozero Series ll RFT's. Are these good tires and does anyone have a suggestion for a different set tires? I don't drive the car in the snow because I have an SUV.

If you don't drive the car in the snow than don't bother buying snow tires for it.
You will still be able to drive it in Winter as long as the roads are clean and dry. Just don't drive too aggresive, as Summer rubber does not grip well in low temps. If I had an SUV to use as my Winter car, I would not spend the money on Winter rubber for my 135i. JMHO |

See the other threads. A square set of 225/40s will work fine with the OEM wheels. I prefer Dunlop Winter Sport 3Ds

I think a decent all season might suit your needs personally. If you don't drive your car in snow you could still cruise around town with an all season. If temperatures dropped you still should be safe with them.
