Lease Assumption: 2012 135i coupe DCT AW/Terra - Loaded, tons of miles remaining

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
I'd like to swap my lease to someone who will actually drive the car. I recently moved within 1 mile of work and I hardly drive anymore, which is why I have a bunch of miles remaining (almost 20k miles left) in the last 17 months of the lease, which I'm sure someone can put to use!

Location: Atlanta, GA

2012 BMW 135i coupe DCT for lease assumption:
Alpine White exterior/Terra Brown interior
DCT transmission with paddle shifters
M Sport Package
Premium Package
Navigation System
Comfort Access
Heated front seats
iPod and USB adapter

MSRP: ~$47k

Lease Details:
-Monthly Payment (excluding tax): $480.76
-Monthly Payment (including tax): $514.41 (includes 7% GA sales tax)
-Lease Terms: 36 Months, 10,000 miles per year
-Current Miles: 10,500
-Remaining Miles: 19,500
-Months remaining: 17
-Remaining Miles per month: 1,147
-Lease Start Date: 8/8/2011
-Lease End Date: 8/8/2014
-Current lease pay-off: $38,190
-Residual: $28,425

Buyer's Responsibility:
-$500 to BMW credit application and transfer fee (I'm willing to split this fee)
-$3,850 security deposit - note, this amount will be paid back to you in full by BMW FS upon completion of the lease. This reflects the 7 multiple security deposits (MSDs) I put down at the time of the lease to help reduce the money factor on the lease, bringing my payment down as low as it is.

Attached are pics of the car. If you would like additional pictures, let me know and I can email them. Please PM me if interested. Thanks!

MSDs was not mandatory when I got into the lease. I decided to put down the maximum allowed 7 security deposits to bring down my money factor by a total of .00049 (or .00007 for each security deposit). It was an easy decision for me, as it lowered my monthly payment about $40-$50 per month. So it was basically a risk-free invenstment with a return of about 15% tax free.

Hey,
Do you know if that lease payoff amount had the GA sales tax included in the quote?

No HK sound. I actually have a 1M with HK and the sound difference isn't as big as you'd think.
