Cultural imperialism from the USA is not attractive. Instead of picking up juvenile American slang, get some of this into you! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_Australia

Also the first time you have a mate who is gay and accidentally drop "gay" as a pejorative into conversation, you'll see it doesn't go down very well.

Glad u ok. My Wife had an accident too few years back where a unlicenced and un-insured lady it the back of my wifes mercedes and took off. My wife chased her down to a car park in the city where she refused to give her detail and ran off. I then went back to the car park with my wife that afternoon and caught her leaving the car park where she finally give in and gave her details to us.

Dumb chick.... and the police didn't do shit too... Dumb cops too. The cost for repair was only minor and could have been resolved with a few hundred if she paid cash for a bumper repair, but because of her attitude, we went though BMQ in archerfield and got a bill though insurance for $1500.

Did u go to get a quote from ur approve BMW repair? Im sure they will charge more and might even give u a new driver door too

Unfortunately due to the state of the wheel alignment and suspension, i needed somewhere very close to home. It's driveable but definitely not worth risking anything.

The guys are trying to get the front bumper replaced for me as that's suffered some damage, so we'll see how it goes

I'm sure you can drive it Should've gone to spinning wheels and got it sorted!

I got my rear right hit in an accident (tapped, similar to yours) and it was fine

You know you want to bring it tomorrow...

Dude, that's an epic incident sorry to hear, but what a b*tch that woman was. Absolutely no idea what she is doing and, as you say, having kids, let alone SOMEONE ELSE'S kids, in the car, is absolutely deplorable...

Hope she (the car) gets fixed quickly for you.

Good luck with it mate. Looks like somebody smashed into our Mercedes today. The front fender and wheel are pretty damaged.

That sucks Nobody left a note? THAT really pisses me off.

Literally 2 days after taking delivery of Christine, somebody very lightly clipped my rear right on the bumper pulling out or in from behind me. There is a tiny scratch that very neatly took the paint off the sharp line along the 1er bumper, about 6cm long. You can't even notice it but still, pissed me off.

Hope the Merc gets fixed soon!

Can't wait to have Christine better. Did a very short grocery run today and felt ashamed to have her parked in Avalon with the damage for all to see

Dropped her off this morning, got an email from them this afternoon asking whether i wanted to pick her up? lol!

I think they've done the alignment and suspension check, i'll be VERY surprised if they've done all the repairs. Mind you, it's replacing one panel and spraying 3 others. Might not have taken as long as i thought!

Yeh unfortunately they decided to not leave a note. It's not the first time it's happened either. That sucks that it happened 2 days after you got Christine!

I'm just as surprised as you are that she's ready to be picked up. Make sure you post some photos. I hope she's looking good

I have to plug my repairers, really i do.

They did the wheel alignment and suspension check yesterday, and handed me back the car today as they knew I was having a meeint with a client tomorrow.

Then, they asked me when the best time to do the full repairs was next week, so they booked me in. BUT, they've already ordered the parts so the parts are ready when the car goes in again on Tuesday morning.

These guys are really polite, fantastic with communication, and really fit in to your schedule, not theirs.

for Mona Vale Smash Repairs.

That sucks mate. Hope it gets sorted out for you asap. In my experience with workshops, they always take twice as long as they originally claim. I think they take on as many jobs as possible because once they have your car sitting in their workshop garage they have already secured your business.

It was quite good for the first four lines, you ruined the rhythm with the last one.

What's the ETA?

Tuesday/Wednesday next week.

I'm moving to Homebush next weekend. I'm thinking a Friday night cruise next week to celebrate Christine being back may be in order?

At least Homebush is close to everywhere. Some testing on a certain road may be in order

I know Joe will be interested!
