Delivery Time
So it hasn't even been 2 weeks and my car is already awaiting transport. Would that be considered ahead of schedule?

Have you called in to BMW to get an update? I called earlier today and was surprised with how helpful they were. Great customer service!

I called BMW NA yesterday and the young lady on the phone wasn't very helpful. She basically said without a production date there isn't anything they can do. I asked if she can give me an estimate when to expect a production date (it's been almost two weeks!) and she said she couldn't. Maybe I should call back and talk to someone else? My dealer isn't helpful either.

Well, I actually have a production number, but it's been two weeks and I still don't know when my car is scheduled for production. Basically, BMW is saying they'll build me a car, but they aren't telling me when.

PS, if you haven't already, try the 800 number, people say stay away from it, and most of the time I would agree with them, but if you're not hearing anything it doesn't hurt to try it: 1-800-831-1117 |
