Prevention is better than cure?

I did a search a few years ago when I bought my beast and found this product recommended by BMW.
Then found this at the local caltex.
Been using for 4 years now. Will be doing a nut blast at Pete's early January so I'll post back the results

I've just use my first bottle of techron 5000 in my 135i. Not sure, if it's pure physiological but I do feel a improvement in the responsiveness of the throttle.

Also, the car use too shutter on hard acceleration but now it's a lot smoother.

Only $14 a bottle at your local caltex, so not a big loss if it works. (Direct injection has a more limited affect)
