Gearbox holding to 2nd gear after startup.

Hello all.

My car for the past few years have been holding onto the 2nd gear (autobox) for maybe about 20meters every morning after startup. After which it will go into the next gear, and when it does it lurches at that gear change.

I changed my transmission fluid and differential fluid over the weekend (trans fluid was changed at 40,000km and now at 86000km; diff fluid 1st time at 86000km).

The normal gear changes after the morning hiccup all have improved but that gear holding is still there.

Any idea what is the issue?

The dealer couldn't find anything wrong with it after a full diagnostic except that they suspect my FMR is on it's way out, which has nothing to do with the gearbox.
