In all honesty its one of the best FMICs in the market at a UBER discounted price...only 3 units left at $895.00 after that they will go back up to $995.00 + shipping.
I guarantee you will not regret your purchase, just look at how many content customers we have. |

We just installed a FMIC in one of our customers 135i, this is the most that we had to cut off.
*some extra edging was needed. Last edited by Diego@Lutzperformance; 05-14-2010 at 03:41 PM.. |

Just curious, but how was the cutting done? Did you just take the whole front bumper off ur just use a corded saw or something..? Just trying to picture actually how long this customization would take my shop to do

Yes, we needed to trim a little more on the inside of the bumper guard and the flaps that are one the grill. |

I didnt have to remove nearly as much as you guys did. I just took out the center braces and the flaps in the top corners to clear the end tanks.

Is there any part in the instructions given with this FMIC that label exactly WHAT needs to be shaved, or is it just one of those "fly by the seat of ur pants" ideas? Id rather be told or have it on the instructions so I dont have to pay my shop extra money while they look around to find where exactly the inside bumper needs to be cut.
A pictured label would help, u cant just say "i cut the inside part of the bumper" cuz they doesnt mean shit to me |

We as a shop do NOT charge more than 1hr labor to install this FMIC. Our tech has done it in 37 minutes & 25 seconds (includes cutting of bumper guard). |
