I haven't spoken to Scopione in a while so I don't have any updates.

Has anyone heard an update on this lately? I have been waiting for production release to jump on one of these. I think its the best looking lip I have seen for the 135.

I'm starting to lose hope in this lip. It's the perfect lip for me, it's exactly what I wanted, a CF Hamann lip. But there has been too much silence for too long about it.

It`s too expensive for me.
I get 2 oem lips from hamann for the money I would have to spend for this rep lip incl. shipping and taxes. the oem hamann is about 500$ over here.

So how is this pre-order going to work when the rest of the money is needed? Is it going to be paid over PayPal like the pre-order amount is? I'm going to be a bit out of town when these things finally go on sale, so I would like to make sure its going to be easy to purchase while I'm abroad.

Well this lip is $600, so no you can't get 2 Hamann lips for the price of this one. And, Hamann is FRP, this is CF. A real Hamann lip here in the States costs $600 roughly, so this is a pretty good deal. |

shipping to germany will be about 150$ at least plus about 25% customs. so we are talking about 940$ for me.

This looks just like the JC sportline E87 lip http://www.jcsportline.net/en/product-detail-2636.html. I inquired about it on that site and the response was E87 only...(it looks like it should fit however).
Notice, JC Sportline also carries all of the other same exact products as Scopione (albeit at cheaper prices). Could it be the same stuff? I have no idea and am just speculating, and don't mean to slander...it is ironic however. BTW - I was quoted $250 for the JC Sportline...

^^Good to know and thanks for the clarification. I'm in the market for a lip (amongst other cosmetics) and this one might fit the bill.

Why is there a $75 shipping and handling fee on a pre-order??? Is this going to contribute to the ACTUAL shipping and handling later? Wouldn't it make more sense to apply the fee when you actually pay the rest and not on the deposit?

Got an update from the folks at Scopione. They said they fixed the issue with the website charging S&H on the pre-order, now the pre-order will cost just $300, but that S&H fee will be added to the final amount with the lip ships.
EDIT: and mine is pre-ordered
