Photoshop / Manipulated 135i Photos

I am currently working on some of my ideas as a past time until my 135i comes.

I have been working on this photo.

Let me know what you think. Also if you know of any other photos that have been photoshopped or manipulated please post, I would like to see other peoples ideas as well.

Also as a side note, if anyone knows whose photo this is I would like to give them credit on the image. I am not sure where it originated from.

Yeah, i was not a fan of black either before this car. But when ever i switch back and look at silver or chrome, it seems to take away from the car. I might mess around with a chrome lip as I have seen some cars with it, and like the way they look.

I like the all black look, but IMO for that look to work you really need to get rid of the orange side light in the headlight assembly.

Yeah it def looks a lot better without the orange side light. Wonder how much they are going to go for.

Chris, love the photo. All black is really hot on the 135i.

A few comments:

1) there seems to be no reflection off the black banner at the top of the windshield - doesn't look natural and I'd do away with it.

2) the front bumper/airdam assembly could use a little bit more ambiant light - it gets lost in the black and so the front end could use more definition.

3) this pic is screaming for the car to be lowered, but only a bit - I'd just reduce the gap a bit...

Aside from that, really like the shot. I'd love to have it as a wallpaper when you're done...

I will try lowering it a bit, but the i was basing the black banner as vinal, and so it would have a slight matte finish compared to the car's paint job. Is there any way of getting a solid tint across the top so that its more of a gloss look (in real life) that is legal?

I made slight changes to the photo. It's lowered and the front is a little more easier to see. I will add some more design effects when I get to the wallpaper design.

^ or MCS JCW, which is not a bad thing at all. I'm not big on the aftermarket, but I really like this one, and the painted wheels really work... Keep goin' Chris!

Worked on a desktop picture. It was a quick one. Did not know when the next time I would get time to create one so I did not want to disappoint and not do one at all. Its uploaded to my site because flickr will not upload over a certain size.

Its at www.cavepixel.com/BMW.jpg
The resolution is 1920x1200

Here is a preview:
