Thanks Andrew, be interested to know. Id like to compare my dyno plots to Waynes. Same maker of dyno, similar temp id assume just wanna check ramp rate. What gear was this in?

So, does the downpipe require modification? ie welding/cutting/grinding???

You will NOT have to do any modification when a purchase is made in Australia for the Downpipes.

I have many sets being sent to me as we speak and they will all be suited for RHD 135's before they are sold here. I will trial set all DP's before they go out, to be sure, to be sure.

Southern BM is now the official Master Dealer of Riss Racing products for Australia and will be offering the entire product range in the very near future. This gives us great pleasure to deal with a team like RISS RACING and will compliment our current range very well. Hi Andrew, great work doing a before/after dyno. This is the only way to modify cars!! *clap hands*

I guess it will be interesting to see the price of the downpipes in RHD format...

Timbo: downpipes are engine/drivetrain warranty, if you go in for a claim and they can prove or get close to proving your downpipes are the cause of a engine fault (oil pump issue, intercooler issue, turbo problem) whatever... they will void the warranty 100%. TRUST me, I've been in this situation. If you are concerned about warranty, like I am, remove the downpipes before visiting your dealer.

Dealers will make your life living hell if you roll in with mods like this and expect warranty work.

Ok I will now chime in for the real world experience.

The car sounds much more "metal like" when you rev it with the windows down. If you have ever owned an M3 you will know what I mean by metal like. But added to that, you hear the spooling of the turbo. With the windows up, it sounds very much like the car of old, but a bit deeper and again, you hear the turbo which previously you don't at all.

If you are buying this for the sound alone, forget it, the difference is too minimal to be worth your money. On the other hand, if you are doing this for the performance, boy does it deliver. It's absolutely awesome! Someone mentioned above that it looks like the dyno was just done in a different gear? Well, it certainly feels it once the turbo spools. I am very keen to drive a standard car then jump into my own to see the difference. Jumping back into it a week after not having the car I can certainly feel the difference! And it's not like I have been driving around in Andrew's loan car (a E36 318i :biggrin: - but better than public transport to get back into the city). I have been driving the C63 and we all know how powerful that thing is.

All I can say is that I love this. It feels much nicer now and more responsive. Those of you who crave performance, this one is a worthwhile mod.

Now onto the next thing...don't you just love being a test mule? I honestly do not mind it as long as it gives me performance improvement. I am now also confident with Andrew's ability to deliver so I am happy for him to get onto the next thing. In the mean time I better go make a few more bucks unless anyone want to donate to the mule fund lol.

Drove the car again this morning. Man this thing really flies now! But more importantly, the car is now much more responsive. I should have done a 0-200 on my GPS device previously and do it again now. I bet there is a big difference!

Haha I am gushing like a teenager aren't I? I have no reason to help Riss Racing push their product, but I think they deserve the praise for creating such a great product. Maybe I will contact them to pay me a "marketing fee" hehe.

Noise? Hardly any difference. Smell? There is still a set of cats in the car now. No smell either.

Haha I get it now. Yeah Andrew did a deal with Riss Racing whilst installing mine. Because he had to put in his efforts to modify the products, he was only going to do it if he was given the Master dealership for RR products. Fair enough too because without him, RR would not have a RHD RR productfor the 135i.

I don't think I will be doing further exhaust mods because I don't want to attract the attention of cops.

When are you getting your suspension done? I would love to hear about the outcome of that one before doing mine! Ie. Someone else can be the test mule.

i think the RR exhaust is a cat-back so the second set is retained.

He had to change the position that the O2 sensor is placed on the pipe.
