FS: 2009 BSM 135i $31000

I'm selling my 2009 135i. I posted this in the general for sale section, but thought someone local might be interested. I'm in the DC metro area.

It has approximately 28,500 miles on it and I am the first and only owner of the car. I have maintained it very well (oil changes well before BMW recommends them) and it has never been in any accidents. The car is black saphire metallic with black leather interior and grey trim. It has the following options: premium package, sport package, heated seats, navigation, iPod connection. I also added the BMW performance grill, BMW performance exhaust and a clear bra. The car is in excellent shape and just had an oil change and all new brake pads (front and rear) put on by BMW. I am asking $27,000.
