It's either a TCU or COMBOX (MULF HI). Both are under the mat in the trunk.
Depending on model year and how the car was optioned for a bluetooth source. If its a COMBOX you will loose more than just the bluetooth. Some of the radio functions will be lost...ie Satellite radio & USB drive.
