My 'new' Interior

So I was lucky enough to pick up the interior from a stripped 1M racecar for a great price. Just yesterday I decided to undertake the task of retrofitting it all into my E82. This included the steering wheel, instrument binnacle cover, front seats, front tweeters, front door panels with speakers, subwoofers, rear side panels, rear side bolsters and rear parcel shelf with speakers. It required stripping all of the above items off the car, plus the side entry covers and c pillars and removal/loosening of the partial cage.

This is what it looked like in my garage when it was shipped to me.

This is what my interior looked like before.

This is what my interior looked like during the process.

And 8 hours later, some choice cuss words and a wrecked back this is what my interior looks like now.

Special thanks to Thony for lending me his interior trim removal tools and to Ann and a couple of my friends for helping out a bit.

Now I just need to get my gear shift boot and handbrake lever cover re-stitched to match if I can be bothered. Also, for some reason my airbag/restraint warning has come on so I'll probably have to remove the front seats again to check the wiring. If not, then I'm guessing it might be a different seat module or something that is causing some issues.
