I have USAA, my parents seem to like them alot. All i know is Allstate is (or used to be at least) horrible, my dads been hit by allstate drivers and it takes forever to get the insurance money. I dont know any of the monthly payments or anything sorry.

the kid who hit me said since FL is a no fault state, he doesnt have to pay a dime and my insurance company is going to have to pay, even though he got a ticket and it was legally stated that it was his fault, is what he said true?

In other words (and again, I'm not sure, but it sounds kinda crazy) if you had broken your arm, or worse, died, you or yours couldn't sue him for those injuries. Just the out-of-pocket amount you spent on repairing your car.

USAA is really great if you can get in. Normally you have to be a service member to join or someone in your immediate family has to be in the service. They have been really great with fast reliable service no matter where I get stationed. Better rates than Geico too! Does Geico give back part of your premium every year? USAA is owned by its members to often a distribution of premiums paid is allocated into a savings account. Just one of the great features that you get.
