HAha I considered leaving it like that for a bit but I weighed all the panels and stuff as I was putting them in and the rear side panels and rear parcel shelf only weigh 1kg each. Front door panels are a bit heavier at 4kg each, but then I'd have no speakers haha.

Yeah I probably should have. Might have saved a full 10kg! Though I'm not sure I could have lived without the speakers for the next 2 weeks. I'm always listening to the radio everytime I drive to and from work.

By the way, does anyone know how to reset the airbag and seat belt warning lights? I think I must have threw a code when installing the seats with the battery still connected. The car drive's fine, just the lights stay there all the time.

Did you disconnect the battery before unplugging the airbag?

Great job btw!

Thanks!

Yeah I definitely unplugged the battery before disconnecting the steering wheel airbag however when it came time to removing the seats I left the power on so that I could move it backwards and forwards to remove the screws.

In hindsight I probably should have left the power on to remove the screws, moved the rails back into position and then turned off the power before disconnecting the seat but oh well. I know for next time
